We are proud to support the next generation of local heroes and active emergency personnel who are stepping up to protect and serve Grundy County.

If you are pursuing a degree or advancing your career in public safety or healthcare, this scholarship is for you! 🚓🚒🚑🩺

📌 Who Can Apply? (Requirements):

✅ Eligible Fields: Majoring in Law Enforcement, Fire Science, Emergency Management, or Nursing.

✅ Expanded Career Pathways: Open to active personnel advancing their qualifications (e.g., RN to NP/PA, X-Ray Tech to Nuclear Medicine, EMT to Paramedic)!

✅ Residency / Schooling: Current Grundy County resident OR graduate of a high school serving Grundy County (Morris, Minooka, Coal City, GSW, Seneca, or Home-schooled).

✅ College Credits: Registered college student with at least 30 completed college credit hours.

✅ Application Materials: Submit an unofficial transcript, 1 letter of recommendation, and a short original essay (500 words max) on your passion for serving your community.
